Quads and Triceps

I went to be by 10pm and the next thing I know it is 430am. I was not ready to get up and work out. I got up and headed for the gym.

I am wanting to transform my body so bad but the most important and the best thing to do for myself is dieting. I do not mean starving my self but to eat right and eat enough and not over eat.

My calves are still sore so I skipped cardio. I did however did a warm up exercise which really to my heart rate up and out of breath.

Quadriceps and Lower Back

This morning I was not really in the mood to workout. I did try to go to bed super early at 730PM but it didnt really work. Plus I didn’t fall asleep and stay a sleep because of all my roommates interruptions.

It has been a few days since I worked out on legs so I thought today would be a good day for it since I didn’t make it to the gym yesterday morning or the evening.

At the gym it was very busy. All the weights were out of place or missing. People every where. I hope its clean and better tomorrow.

I noticed I have been getting frustrated with my results and feel like I am not making any progress. I have though more seriously about the use of roids. The potential side effects do seem minimal yet it has seem so difficult meeting people who use it to give some insight about it. It is almost like they are ashamed of using yet it is very noticeable that they are using more then just the supplements from GNC, Vit Shoppe, and large amounts of protein. 

I may return to TBomb 2, when I did use it last year I noticed my muscles were hardening but no strength gain. I did stop because it made me smell like a used jock strap and that is not cute no matter how well I would shower.

10 min cardio because I got bored and could not stand it.

Good Mood/ Good Vibrations

Last night I was not feeling well and I went to bed around 7pm. I woke up this morning around 6:45am but I was not feeling it.

I went to work and today I worked at the general surgery department. It was fun, easy, and the day went by fast.

I was able to register for spring semester at ACC for English 2 and US Government.

I even had time to read a chaper and do some home work. If only my home department, Rheumatology was this laid back.

I’m feel energized.
